Carney’s Point, New Jersey
Critical to the DRBA was to make the building a pleasant place to be through the day and night. The building was designed speculatively to serve as a call center where occupants tend to spend extended hours. Great attention was taken to create a light filled center atrium which could be enjoyed by all tenants, as well as take advantage of the view to the lake beyond.
Bob Reid was the project manager for the entire project for Tevebaugh Associates and helped in the design of the lobby atrium on this project for Tevebaugh Associates

DuPont Office Building
Wilmington, Delaware
The appeal of this 100,000 sf building is evident in its modern use of brick, sleek lines, neoclassical entry element and the warm ambiance of the wood panel lobby walls. This was a develop/design/build project delivered with excellent teamwork and efficiency which allowed the project to be constructed in only 7 months, including the fit-out of the space.

ING Direct: Kent Building
Wilmington, Delaware
The adaptive reuse of this 6 story, 19th century brick warehouse building is an excellent example of how a modern use, when properly planned, can bring new life to a durable utilitarian building while conversely conveying substance to the modern use. ING Direct’s management, based in Holland, chose the Christiana Waterfront and the rebirth of this old structure because it reminded them of the Netherlands. Associate architect with Tevebaugh Associates -- Cecil Baker and Associates
Bob Reid was the project manager on this project for Tevebaugh Associates for the restoration of the exterior of the building which included the design of the removal of large parapet walls, restoration and cleaning of the masonry and the replacement of all windows and roofing -
State of Delaware: Haslet Armory Conversion
Dover, Delaware
This Neo-Classical building, constructed in 1932 as a National Guard Armory and served its country well. The State of Delaware decided to breathe new life into the building with an adaptive reuse for office use for the State. The well built structure and impressive amenities such as the two story drill hall and associated two story windows, provided ample opportunity to make a distinctive modern office facility function efficiently and accentuate that advantages that the classic structure presented. All of this while respecting the buildings venerable position on The Green in Dover, Delaware, adjacent to Legislative Hall, Delaware seat of government. A challenge that was successfully solved was how the project elegantly provided handicap accessibility to the building by means of a mid-level entry element at grade which provide access to new stairs and an elevator. The project’s success was recognized in an award by Preservation Delaware’s, 2007 Preservation Awards, “Government Involvement in a Preservation Project," Honorable Mention.
